It’s almost the end of the week and I lay here in bed thinking of one simple fact. Tomorrow is a new day. I’ve issued myself a challenge to get the most out of each new day. It might not be easy but im looking forward to it.
First part is to figure out a rest schedule so that i am powering down and waking up uniformly rather then whenever i feel like it. This will not only help me have a much healthier sleep cycle but also help me build structure to boost my personal productivity.
Secondly I must structure a morning rutine. Far too often I procrastinate starting the day, staying under the sheets and scrolling through social media until time for work. This a nasty habit that im going to break.
Thirdly at the end of every day I’m going to set aside a little meditation and reflection time afterwords i want to set up my personal goals and gameplan for the next new day. I’ve decided to keep a journal to help with my reflection and map my goals.
As I had mentioned before I’m tired of the basic rutine I’m living in. The only way to fix that is to break the cycle. As Einstein once said “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.“
